Town Total Health medication for residential facilities are supplied in various packaging options including “TOWN TOTAL PACK” multi-dose packaging system and single blister packs. Medication can be supplied in 7, 15 or 30 day configurations. In addition, our computerized programs are customized for the reporting needs of each individual facility.

Initial patient referrals require only four hours advance notice to coordinate services and develop a plan of care and implementation. Emergency Service for patient and caregiver is available 365 days a year at our 24-hour toll-free line (800-676-4886).
